Hoopla is a procedural cross-stitch sampler generator. It pulls down a random quote and color palette, and generates surrounding motifs in the style of traditional cross-stitch. Quotes range from sappy words of wisdom to nerdy Star Trek quotes. Not all samplers will have quotes.
